Blog for Jen
This is a blog I started because Jen wanted a place to tell how she was feeling day to day. I thought it was a great idea just for herself to look back on once she is through the woods as they say. Also I have to say I look forward to knowing even briefly what she is dealing with & how she is doing. So even though I am a newbie to blogging I hope this will give Jen that place. I am grateful to be able to do it & hope it expands both of our social internet experience.

I am Jen and this experiennce has been so many things that I dont even know where to start. I guess it all started with my lack of knowledge of heart diesease and my ignorance to realize that I was at risk and that it really could happen to me... I so had that attitude of I am only 40 years old and I dont need to worry about my health. Knowing in the back of my mind that both my parents were dead and that they died at a young age. But not me, no not ever me. I am Queen of the World and can do whatever I want and live however I want and nothing will happen to me healthwise. Well, time for a slam bash right into a brick wall so here goes and like Janine says, I have never done this before, so bare with me, I am learning... Feel free to come along for the ride
